LPE Celebrates Successful Transition as First Tenant at 50 First Avenue
LPE has marked a successful transition operating from its new headquarters at 50 First Avenue, the newest commercial tower developed by Walker Corporation in the heart of the Maroochydore City Centre.
The relocation represents a significant milestone as LPE continues to scale its energy and utility services operations. The team has transitioned seamlessly into the new environment, reinforcing the strategic importance of the move. Chief Executive Officer Scott Taylor said the new headquarters reflects LPE’s growth and ambition.
“Our relocation to 50 First Avenue reflects the maturity of LPE and supports collaboration, innovation and the continued expansion of our multi-utility offering,” Mr Taylor said.
“The past two weeks have been an energising start for our team. From foyer activations including coffee carts and live musicians to the modern, collaborative workspace design, concierge and first-class amenities, the experience has already had a positive impact on engagement, productivity and how we welcome partners and stakeholders.”
As the first commercial tenant in the premium-grade tower, LPE’s presence strengthens its commitment to economic growth on the Sunshine Coast. The building’s infrastructure, sustainability credentials, and central location align with the company’s long-term strategy.
“Our new home positions us strongly for the next phase of growth and reflects our commitment to delivering smarter, more connected solutions for our customers,” Mr Taylor added.
LPE officially commenced operations at Level 6, 50 First Avenue, Maroochydore earlier this month and looks forward to welcoming Clients, Partners & Stakeholders to the new office.
