A residential precinct served by an LPE embedded network

We design and operate the electricity network inside residential, commercial and mixed use developments, and supply electricity to the homes and businesses connected to it.

Embedded electricity networks

We design, install and run centralised hot and cold water systems for strata and multi residential buildings, so owners get one accountable provider instead of several.

Centralised hot water

We install rooftop solar connected to the community's own network, so homes and businesses can use power generated on site.

Rooftop solar

We install shared batteries that store power generated on site, so the community can use it later in the day.

Community batteries

Where a community needs it, we install electric vehicle charging that runs on its embedded network.

Smart metering underpins the whole platform, giving owners real visibility over how a building performs and residents clear information about what they use.

LPE Investor Hub

We are Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited (ASX: LPE). We deliver utility infrastructure and energy solutions to developers, asset owners and communities, across Australia.

In August 2026 we completed the acquisition of PowerHub, which extended our operations into South Australia and Tasmania. In October 2026 we announced our first contracted project in Victoria.

We earn in two ways. First, where we operate a community's embedded network, we supply electricity, and hot water and solar where we provide them, to the homes and businesses on it. Second, where we fund the utility infrastructure, we earn fixed, contracted infrastructure income.

In a new community, we sign a long term agreement with the developer or owner, build the infrastructure, and connect homes and businesses as they are completed and settled. Revenue builds as those connections grow and recurs over the term of the agreement.

We are one provider for the essential utilities inside a community, from design and construction to metering, billing and day to day operation. Where it makes sense, we fund the infrastructure ourselves, which helps preserve developer capital.
