We provide embedded electricity networks, hot and cold water, rooftop solar, community batteries, electric vehicle charging, and metering and billing as a single partner, under long-term agreements that generate recurring revenue.

We work with developers, asset owners and communities, primarily in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with a growing presence in South Australia and Tasmania. On 2 October 2026 we announced our first contracted project in Victoria.

We earn in two ways. First, we operate the embedded network inside a community and earn a margin on the electricity, and hot water where we provide it, that we supply. Second, where we fund infrastructure such as solar, batteries or hot water plant, we earn fixed, contracted infrastructure income. We deliver these services under long term agreements that generate recurring revenue.

Renewing and expanding our agreements with the communities we already serve.

Buying embedded network sites and businesses and integrating them into our existing operations.

Contracting with developer partners to deliver the utility services for new communities. Revenue phases in as each community is built and its homes are settled.

We assess projects and acquisitions against our investment criteria. In July 2026 we announced development partnerships for new communities. In August 2026 we completed the acquisition of PowerHub, extending our operations into South Australia and Tasmania.

We release our results to the ASX first. We keep our latest headline figures in one place on this hub, each dated and linked to the ASX document it comes from.

Our next investor briefing is a recorded briefing with our Chair and members of the Executive Team, covering our FY2026 results and FY2027 priorities. It will be released on this hub on 14 October 2026. Send your questions by Thursday 8 October 2026. Recordings of our briefings appear on the

once released, so you can watch them in your own time.
