Change of Auditor

Locality Planning Energy Holdings Ltd (LPE or “The Company”) advises that it has received ASIC’s consent to change auditor from Bentleys Brisbane (Audit) Pty Ltd to Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd (“Grant Thorton”) effective 5 January 2026.

The change follows the Board’s review of governance practices, including a review of audit services and the merits of an auditor rotation, followed by the completion of a competitive tender process.

We extend our gratitude to Bentleys for their years of service. There are no reportable disagreements or issues associated with this change.

ASIC has consented to the resignation in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporation Act 2001. This announcement is made in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3.

In accordance with Section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001, the appointment of Grant Thorton as auditors of the Company and its controlled entities will be recommended by the Board for the shareholders to consider ratification at the Company’s next general meeting.
