Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C for the quarter ended
30 September 2026
Overview
During the quarter, LPE completed the PowerHub acquisition, repaid its remaining Roadnight Capital debt
and replaced the facility with a new Westpac facility to fund its expansion.
September 2026 quarter
Operating performance: Active service points reached 38,776 at 30 September 2026. This includes
1,658 active PowerHub service points and 199 service points from four new sites.
Growth
This quarter’s announcements:
• Three partnerships (15 Jul): approximately $5.8M investment, 18 sites, 3,000+ homes, 4,700+
service points (a community housing provider, a national residential developer and an over-50s
land lease operator).
• PowerHub acquisition (13 Aug): Up to 76 sites and 4,642 service points, taking LPE into Tasmania
and South Australia for $2.8M upfront.
Following the end of the quarter:
• Entry into Victoria (2 Oct) through a 15-year Service Order with one of LPE’s existing land lease
partners, covering 203 new homes and 406 service points.
• LPE’s first retail shopping centre (2 Oct), in Rockhampton, and further growth in regional
Queensland through Australia’s emerging land lease sector.
• Walker Corporation (21 Oct): LPE partners with Walker Corporation in the Maroochydore City
Centre for the SOL by Walker towers, approximately 260 new service points on a 15-year
agreement, connecting from late 2027.
Share Buy-back: On-market buy-back announced, to be funded from operating cash flow and reserves.
Receipts and payments:
• Receipts from customers were $9.5M, or $9.7M on a normalised basis after including $0.2M of
Cost-of-Living Rebate (CoLR) applied to customer invoices.
• Operating payments were $11.2M, up from $10.5M in the prior quarter. This increase includes the
transaction costs for the PowerHub acquisition.
Investment:
• LPE used $2.8M of its own cash for the upfront payment for PowerHub, with the balance contingent
on pipeline activations.
• A further $0.4M for infrastructure deployment was self-funded in the quarter from working capital.
Capital management:
• The final $0.1M of the Roadnight Capital loan was repaid, closing that facility. Westpac facility of
$7.1M is available, yet to be drawn as at 30 September 2026.

• Cash and deposits were $3.0M, of which $2.6M is CoLR cash held on behalf of customers.
Corporate Matters
Payments to relatedparties and their associates during the quarter totalled$100,800, comprising
directors’ fees, executive remuneration and superannuation.
Focus
LPE's focus now shifts to delivery: activating the PowerHub pipeline and the newly signed sites, drawing on
the Westpac facility to fund their capital needs. Site activations follow developers' construction timing, so
contracted sites not yet live carry revenue into future periods.
