The Board thanks Scott for his commitment and contributions to the Company over the past 2 years. During his tenure, LPE completed the acquisition of PowerHub, resolved legacy issues and strengthened its operational capabilities. The Board has determined that new leadership is needed to drive LPE’s ongoing strategy for accelerated growth. To ensure continuity of operations, the Board has established an interim Office of the CEO comprising: - Mr James Harvey, Group Executive, Development and Sales; - Mr Alan Daly, Chief Commercial Officer; and - Ms Sandra Pienaar, Chief Financial Officer. These three executives will jointly lead the Company during the interim period, reporting to LPE Chair, Mr Craig Chambers. The Board has launched a search for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead LPE’s growth and will keep the market updated. LPE’s strategy remains unchanged, with a continued focus on disciplined and accelerated growth, improving the customer experience, and creating long-term value for shareholders. The interim Office of the CEO brings together the experience of our existing executive team to maintain operational continuity and progress our growth priorities.
