Board Restructure

Dear Shareholders, Staff, and Stakeholders,

It is with a profound mix of emotions that I announce the resignation of Damien Glanville, Barnaby Egerton-Warburton, Kathryn Giudes, and myself from the Board of Directors of LPE. Damien will continue as CEO.

The journey we've travelled together has been marked by challenges, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to navigate the storms that came our way. The decision to step down has been taken because of irreconcilable differences at the Board level, making it untenable for us to lead the Company forward. As we always have with all decisions, we make this decision on the basis that prolonged disharmony at the Board level is not in the best interests of the Company or its shareholders.
